• Team Leader: this is someone who knows their stuff and how to keep a team motivated to deliver five-star customer service. Having great organisational skills is a bonus for this role when it comes to organising shifts and training teams.

Then we have back-of-house teams who make the culinary magic happen in the kitchen, these roles include:

• Chef: as a Chef you will prepare delicious meals that keep guests coming back. You don’t need any special qualifications to join us in the kitchen, we will train you on all aspects of cooking great dishes. What we look for is a willingness to learn and a dash of creativity. 

• Kitchen Assistant: you’ll support the kitchen team by maintaining a clean kitchen that meets hygiene standards and making sure everything is in good working order. This is a perfect role for someone who would like to get kitchen experience.

• Kitchen Manager: you are similar to a Head Chef by being the heart of operations in the kitchen. You’ll make sure our food meets high standards of quality and consistency while making sure the safety of the kitchen is maintained. If you’re passionate about leading a team and have great problem-solving skills, this could be a perfect fit for you.
