I'm lucky to have worked in several industries however there's something you just can't beat about hospitality. I joined Greene King in 2018 as Social Media Manager. Since then, the team I oversee has expanded from 2 to 15 talented individuals who support our brand and pub social media activities. Our team creates trend-driven social content for our brands and provides training to our pub teams, ensuring that everything we do, both nationally and locally, is customer-focused, relevant, and engaging.

Guest Relations
Guest relations provide a customer first support function for our internal and external customers. They have the knowledge and tools to answer queries quickly and effectively whilst resolving issues with empathy and understanding.
Customer Data
Our customer data team collaborates with our CRM department to deliver both regular reports and customised insights across all communications and customer databases. Their goal is to enhance customer engagement and experience while driving business value.
Digital Analytics
Our digital analytics team collaborates with our product and merchandising team to deliver regular reports and customised insights. Their goal is to optimise customer interactions with these platforms to achieve our desired business outcomes.
