As a Beer Ambassador, you will bring our brewery experience to life by sharing your passion for Greene King beers and delivering brilliant customer service across the bar, shop, tours and events. Each day will be varied, combining bar work, customer interaction, and hands-on support with tours, retail, and occasional kitchen cover.
Working hours: Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., with occasional evening and event work as required.

Qualifications
As Beer Ambassador, you will…
- Serve customers at the bar and in the restaurant, including taking food orders and providing recommendations
- Deliver excellent customer service by advising guests on beers, coffee and food
- Support brewery tours by answering guest questions in person, over email and on the phone
- Keep the shop looking its best, including preparing gift packs, hampers and sending online orders
- Assist with events and provide occasional kitchen cover when required
What you’ll bring…
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence in selling, upselling and providing product advice
- Ability to work well in a team and support across different tasks
- Experience in bar, barista or waiting roles (or a willingness to learn)
