One of the ways we achieve this is through employee resource groups (ERGs): Our ERGS provide safe spaces for open dialogue and collaboration. With groups focused on disability, female support, the LGBTQ+ community, and ethnic minorities, our ERGs have huge benefits that help us to champion inclusivity in the workplace.

We ensure there’s no barrier to entry when it comes to recruitment. We’re looking for the best talent out there irrespective of their background and we work hard to ensure our hiring process is fair and accessible
