What roles do you recruit for?
I recruit for all our Pub Leadership roles within Greene King including General Manager, Assistant Manager and Head Chef.
Top three tips when applying for a job with us?
- Make sure to research the pub you've applied for and it's location. If you can, I recommend popping in to see the pub in action!
- Be open-minded! Where one role may not be suitable we have others that could be the perfect match.
- Show off your personality throughout your interview. A big part of hospitality is having the personality and behaviors to match. We want to know what you're passionate about and how you will work with a team. If you have questions, ask away! Your interview is the perfect opportunity to ask and shows off your behaviours well.
What’s your favourite Greene King dish?
Can't beat a good old-fashioned pub classic, Fish and Chips!
