As an Administrator  your role is to provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team and its leadership (Digital, Group Marketing & Divisional Marketing), ensuring efficient coordination of marketing activities and processes.

Job Description

Your role as Marketing Administrator 

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing leadership team as required to enable the smooth and efficient running of the function

  • Provide diary management support to the Marketing leadership team, including coordination of meetings, ensuring objectives and agendas are distributed to all participants, and decisions and actions from the meeting are recorded, as needed

  • Coordinate travel and event arrangements for the Marketing leadership team including bookings for venues, travel, and accommodations

  • Manage and plan Marketing conferences and events within defined policies and budgets.  

  • Manage and process purchase orders for marketing activities, ensuring accuracy, proper approval, and timely submission

  • Support the development and coordination of key Marketing materials for events e.g. QBRs

  • Support onboarding of new marketing team members
