As a Team Leader Apprentice, you’ll make sure the bars are fully stocked, all customers are welcomed with a smile, and the team is ready to smash a busy Saturday night. You won’t be expected to do it all from day one though. We’ll help you develop your leadership skills at the right pace. After all, becoming a great leader doesn’t happen overnight.
