Company Description

As Brand Lead you will lead the brand strategy for the Flaming Grill brand and drive the operational delivery of the strategy, inclusive of communication, campaigns and network building.

Job Description

Your role as a Brand Lead

  • Develop all elements of the brand proposition, creating the frameworks from which the Divisional Marketing teams can trade and evolve the offer on an on-going basis. Including but not limited to core offer (food, drink, entertainment, service and atmosphere) standards/ parameters, customer journey(s), design and environment, pricing strategy, people and service proposition.
  • Build and deliver a brand with a strong ROI in terms of performance, cash margin (strong sales growth food and drink), volume growth and brand awareness.
  • Ensure key stakeholders and departments are engaged and energised by the brand propositions and understand any implications for specific departments.
  • Creation of communication strategy, including visual identity, and any over-arching brand campaigns. Ensure the proposition is created in a way to maximise customer experience, competitive edge and sales/profitability.
  • Communicate effectively, building and maintaining relationships across all areas of the business. Through direct reports, lead, develop, coach and motivate all team members within your brand.

 

What you’ll bring…

  • Experience in a Brand Lead / Head of Brand role within a B2C environment.
  • Ability to think strategically about Brand direction.
  • People management skills - engages and effectively leads a high performing team and has a style of operation that delivers excellent results through people.
  • Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders.
  • Data rational with an excellent understanding of financial reporting and sales information and measuring the ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Commercial Acumen - Ability to identify and raise issues that may have an adverse effect on the company.
