Job description
To develop and lead the execution of the customer facing channel plan for app and loyalty, working alongside key digital teams (CRM, merchandising, CES and product) to deliver the execution of the group loyalty programme to customers. This role will work in close conjunction with the Loyalty Marketing Manager.

Your role as Loyalty Activation Manager
- Develop and launch BLMs (bought loyalty mechanics) to drive engagement with customers, measured through app usage, frequency metrics and market share
- Develop and lead the thinking for loyalty activations, devising and implementing new BLM ideas to increase customer engagement, increase frequency and penetration, growing profitable sales in our brands
- Develop and implement a testing approach for BLMs to increase customer engagement
- Develop and implement a performance pack to support loyalty activations to unlock recommendations and best practice
- Deploy and utilise agreed in-app features and functionality to drive customer engagement, working with the App and Loyalty Product Owners to deliver market leading results
What you’ll bring…
- A self-starter, who is continuously curious to source new information and develop new solutions
- Experience with project planning and implementation
- Experience with working cross functionally to achieve results
- Communication skills on a 1:1 and broadcast level, able to present with impact to senior stakeholders
- Attention to detail in all forms of information sharing and communication
- Degree in marketing and/or digital qualifications/ CIM accreditation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Marketing Team, with specific experience in delivering complex multi channel campaigns
- Demonstrable experience of working cross functionally to deliver results
- Evidence of creating and implementing footfall driving campaigns into multi-site retail / hospitality outlets
- Experience in working with insights data/teams/agencies and being able to understand and extract relevant findings to help build and explain the commercial overview
- Understanding of the hospitality industry is a bonus, with a clear understanding of the marketing customer journey
- Building strong, effective relationships with teams & colleagues across the business to develop a data-informed culture across our ways of working
