Job Description

Your role as a Senior Customer Service Advisor:

  • To run reports in line with the current reporting schedule and create and maintain how-to guides
  • Continually look at ways of streamlining reporting and working closely with the Insight team.
  • Highlight key trends or common themes to internal stakeholders
  • Gain a further understanding of the ServiceNow system and to be involved in testing and training of new system enhancements
  • Work on project/other activities whilst liaising with Guest Relations Manager
  • Create and maintain departmental process documents in line with business procedures
  • Put the customer first and understand their requirements while working towards the best resolution in line with business processes and procedures
