Content Coordinator

As a Content Coordinator you’ll be responsible for supporting teams to deliver great content that provide exceptional customer experiences. Our customers will be at the heart of everything you do. Communication is king as you’ll be working in a busy creative team, as well as building strong and successful relationships across the whole business. Time management and organisational skills will be critical as your role will stretch across several different project teams.

Please note this is a 6 month contract, with the flexibility to work in our Burton office 2 days a week and work from home 3 days a week.

Your role as Content Coordinator

• Work closely with the Content Manager to co-ordinate the delivery of content across a number of projects and work streams  
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across all brands; to review segment priorities, key launch dates, and marketing activations to support the delivery of projects  
• Liaise with the DAM team to support in the upload and tagging of relevant imagery
• Identify and monitor content performance by working collaboratively with our insight’s team for future improvements
• Work across several online platforms and systems to manage content deliverables
• Act as a brand advocate to promote consistency and branding across all content assets
• Support the Content Manager with future ‘Content Strategy’ development
