**12 Month Fixed Term Contract**
As a Paid Media Executive you will support the Media team to deliver campaigns and tests in support of our customer acquisition strategy. You will join a high-performing team who love to win, learn and celebrate. Your role will be to help to develop briefs, set up campaigns, and liaise with the agency during delivery and measurement.

Your role in the Paid Media team will be to support media managers throughout the end to end campaign process. Working with internal teams and external media agencies you will be......
- assisting in all campaign co-ordination, supporting briefing, forecasting, creative production and trafficking
- Supporting the test and learn programme to identify new possibilities and innovations for media evolution for the GK group.
- Supporting the team in the production of data analysis to communicate progress vs KPIs
- Working closely with the broader digital team (including social, CRM, Web, and SEO) to ensure paid media plans are aligned.
What you’ll bring…
- Previous experience of working in cross-channel digital media role, with a passion for measurement and data
- Fully fluent in digital metrics, with strong analytical skills and some previous experience in Google Analytics or similar
- Some hands-on platform experience in either Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Meta or similar
- Some experience in planning campaigns at either brand or performance ends of the funnel
- Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage complicated workloads, prioritise and meet deadlines
- A good eye for detail, and highly numerate, with the ability to manipulate data and produce actionable insights
- Strong PPT/similar skills to clearly and convincingly support and influence strategic debate
