We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our team in Rugby, United Kingdom. As a vital part of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

• Provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to all customers
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, offering informed recommendations to diners
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to meet specifications and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised dining area
• Handle customer payments and operate the till system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and courteously
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Basic maths skills for handling payments and operating the till
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (desirable)
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to learn and expand skills in the hospitality industry
