We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our team in Masham, United Kingdom. As a vital part of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

• Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our menu
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to any requests
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service, including setting tables and restocking supplies
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks
• Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating bills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Previous experience in a hospitality role is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and expand skills in the food service industry
