As a Senior Learning & Development Partner you will lead the Learning and Development team, guiding them in the delivery of all learning needs for the division, leveraging central support by building quality relationships across the business. The Senior Learning and Development Partner is responsible for curating, driving and embedding excellent learning solutions, acting as an ambassador for the division both internally and externally, through delivering engaging and impactful L&D solutions for all in pub teams. You will also work closely within the wider central HR team on shaping, influencing, and embedding the centrally managed and driven Learning and Development programmes as part of the (Group People plan).

Your role as Senior Learning & Development Partner
- Ownership and accountability of the learning experience for all in pub teams.
- Accountable for development and implementation of the divisional learning strategy.
- Supporting an ongoing reduction in 90-day turnover by ensuring right-fit learning throughout induction journey
- Working with the Solutions Team to design, develop and implement learning requirements for the division
What you'll bring
- Great at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
- Always seeking to improve quality and service for our internal / external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of hospitality or retail operations
- Experience of working in a consultative capacity offering specialist advice and coaching on the end to end recruitment cycle
- Ability to partner Operations Manager/Director to develop ‘best in class’ operations team
