Company Description

As a Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing to grow reach, increase relevance, deepen relationships with our target customers and deliver the marketing strategy for our ‘Urban Core’ pubs. ‘Urban Core’ pubs embody the ‘Great British Pub’ and are part of the social fabric of the city they are located.

Job Description

Your role as Marketing Manager

  • Oversee the Omnichannel campaigns for ‘Urban Core’ through creative, delivery, commercial & stakeholder engagement.
  • Have a clear understanding of the market, competitors, consumer trends and insight, the predicted risks and opportunities for your businesses and development of appropriate strategies to protect and optimise business performance.
  • Lead and manage your Marketing Executive to ensure understanding of key marketing performance metrics, campaign results and subsequent required actions/activities.
  • Create, execute, and optimise marketing activity across all channels, both planned key campaigns and tactical campaigns as required.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, creative and content teams, and distribution partners; to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing sales.
  • Evaluate and analyse all projects / promotions. Deliver key learning's and recommendations by using performance, category and analysis reporting

 

What you’ll bring…

  • Significant experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Technical understanding of customer-facing environments and platforms
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry and the customer journey
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of financial reports and measuring the ROI of campaigns
  • A self-starter, who is curious and creative in developing new ideas and solutions. Highly resilient, works with pace and attention to detail, focus and optimism.
  • Line management experience and excellent communication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders at all levels
