In this role, you will support the Flaming Grill brand within the Destinations division.

As a Learning Partner you'll partner the Senior Learning & Development Partner the purpose of the role is to Partner Operations and the HR team and provide suitable learning solutions which will drive organisational performance whilst building strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating to ensure best learning solutions are delivered.

Your role as a Learning Partner

• Drive capability through design and delivery of our divisional initiatives and through engaging the Operations and HR Team.
• Collaborating with the Learning & Development team and ensuring the creation of the best and learning solutions
• Utilise and shape content utilising digital platforms to ensure we continue to offer the most effective and innovative learning solutions for our business
• Design and delivery of projects as agreed with Senior Learning Partner
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide a localised support function to your region

• Confident communicator – written and verbal
• Able to work independently and self-motivate as well as part of a team Competent with software such as Adobe creative cloud, Affinity, Canva, Vimeo or similar  
• Ability to build strong relationships and engage with subject matter experts across the business
