As a Leadership Design Partner you will develop inclusive leaders who grow their teams to deliver business performance and drive engagement. Your role as Leadership Design Partner
Research, curate and create high quality content and resources for both instructor and self-led development
Design and curate a relevant and engaging digital leadership learning library to enhance leaders’ skills and capabilities
Work with the internal comms teams and ATC to ensure all projects and initiatives are planned and executed in the most effective way possible
Create career pathways, developing the tools to support career progression, linked to talent and performance processes and practices
Utilise internal insights, best practices, and external data to make recommendations.
Proactively seek new ideas to shape future leadership initiatives and be in touch with external leadership trends.
What you’ll bring…
Strong analytical skills for preparing reporting and insights
Good understanding of learning technologies and how to leverage them to enhance training and development initiatives
Demonstrate experience of successfully developing and implementing projects and initiatives across a fast moving, complex organisation
Strong understanding of methodologies for online and face to face learning
Ability to create a meaningful visional learning materials
Experience of tools such as Page Tiger
Proactive and challenging showing boundless curiosity.
