Working on established pub brands and collaborating with the wider Marketing Department, you’ll be improving guest journeys and building assets for our web, email, social and ad channels. Our customers will be at the heart of everything you do. You will understand their needs and feed their appetite with a five-star smorgasbord of digital delights.
Communication is key when working in a busy marketing team, so you’ll be more than comfortable making yourself heard and working closely with channel specialists to plan upcoming menus, campaigns and events. Identifying improvements will be your forte, challenging the norm is just your cup of tea and you eat problems for breakfast.

Job Description
**Please note that this is a 6 Month FTC**
Your role as a Junior Designer
- Collaborate with and support the rest of the Creative Team to follow designs and artwork from conception to final sign-off.
- Ensure all designs are consistent, accurate and follow brand guidelines.
- Set up, manage and archive design files accurately, supplying them to relevant stakeholders when needed.
- Adapt existing artwork to suit alternative layouts and/or formats.
What you'll bring.......
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Experience using XD, Animate, After Effects, Premier Pro and InDesign is not essential but will definitely earn you extra points)
- Strong layout and typographical skills, plus a good knowledge of (and love for) fonts.
- Great time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet key deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and can adapt your workload to the changes and needs of the business.
- A positive, friendly attitude and are happy to collaborate with team members, internal teams and external agencies.
