The Integration Support Analyst will report to the Integration & Development Manager and is responsible for helping to support our core data integration portfolio across Greene King.

In your role as Integration Support Analyst you will….
- Help manage our integration portfolio to maintain efficient flow of data across our business, whilst ensuring systems are upgraded, patched and maintained in a proactive and timely manner
- Deliver on agreed incident SLA’s and ensure all support issues are fully understood, managed and resolved
- Proactively target root cause to minimise the volume of issues and improve the reliability of data exchange across the business
- Work closely with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to improve performance, reliability and data quality
- Be SME on important and strategic projects and systems using this to enhance support of BAU processes
- Help identify opportunities to drive value and improve the performance of the existing and future data services
- Support the Integration development team through provision of relevant, timely information and documentation in support of escalated incidents and to inform future development activity
What you’ll bring…
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a high degree of enthusiasm, drive and commitment
- Ability to engage and prioritise work to ensure SLAs are met in agreed timescales
- A ‘can do’ attitude, with tenacity, drive, initiative and creativity that gives you an ability to cope, and thrive, in a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment with varied and multiple demands
- Analytical skills to investigate and resolve technical issues
- Appreciation of data formats & content e.g. excel, delimited, XML, JSON etc.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g. SSIS, IBM Datastage, MoveIt or any other similar integration tools).
- Building and using testing plans and root cause analysis and remediation
- Of course it would be amazing if you also had; SQL Server or other RDBM, Data exchange (sftp, API, flat file etc.), Microsoft OS, Excel and other MS application, MoveIT, Autosys or similar and SSO technologies.
