The Agile Coach plays a critical part in ensuring exceptional delivery of Greene King’s Digital ambitions through partners.  The role’s main objectives are to build strong working relationships with our digital platform partners, working with them, the Digital Delivery and Digital Product teams to monitor and continuously improve Agile ways of working and digital delivery, adapting Agile trusted ways of working to a Greene King delivery environment, creating a best in show.

In your role as Agile Coach you will...

• Coach and mentor the existing digital partners and associated development teams to continually improve their Agile maturity
• Interface with all parts of the business to provide education for existing and new staff on Agile ways of working within Greene King
• Develop and implement a set of standards/ways of working that showcase how agile delivery is best placed to work within Greene King, aligning the partners to these ways of working
• Connect with and support both the Digital Centre of Excellence and Digital Product to grow their agile maturity – backlog creation, prioritisation and refinement, ceremonies, dependency management
• Own the standardisation and improved functionality use of ADO
• Working with the Senior Digital Delivery Manager, identify effective ways of working to drive overall delivery and continuous improvement of processes and performance

What you will bring.....

• Significant scrum delivery experience and widespread understanding across a broad range of IT digital technologies and practices
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies in an enterprise environment as well as the application of hybrid approaches
• Strong knowledge and experience of using ADO and implementation of standardisation
• A demonstrable passion and drive for delivering best practice combined with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills working across internal and external teams
