As a HR Coordinator you will support the Brewing and Brands HR team with administration, onboarding, reporting, data insights as well as supporting the administration of ER case activity. 

This vacancy is to cover a 12 month maternity leave.

Job Description

Your role as HR Coordinator will

  • Using multiple data sources provide the administration of weekly and periodic reporting for HR KPI monitoring
  • Process, monitor and ensure Line Managers are kept up to date with Occupational Health referrals.
  • Support with the administration of ER case activity.
  • Conduct exit interviews, sharing insights and trends with wider team.
  • Assist Wellbeing/Engagement project lead in delivering the relevant strategy
  • Support HR initiatives and project activity as and when required.
  • Assist with all the HR calendar processes to ensure data is captured.
  • Process team Purchase orders and track this against B&B HR budget
  • Support ad-hoc projects as and when required.

What you’ll bring… 

  • A willingness to learn and support continuous improvement
  • Foundation knowledge of best practice and legislative HR
  • Strong MS office skills, in particular, Excel
  • Able to work in a changing environment
  • Level 3 CIPD preferred but not essential
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent grade, A-C including English language and Maths
