As a HR Coordinator you'll work as a key part of the HR Services team, ensuring that all Employee Lifecycle changes are processed correctly and efficiently.

Job Description

Your role as HR Coordinator 

  • Understand and be a SME for Right to work requirements in the UK
  • To work as a key part of the HR Services team with the aim of continually improving communication with the business and harmonisation of processes
  • Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA’s
  • General correspondence and administration Answering Telephone queries

  • Meet customers’ needs whilst setting achievable expectations.
  • Knowledge of Right to work checks, Data Protection, GDPR & Right to work.
  • Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand

Qualifications

  • Experience of HR or Administration with high attention to detail.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent grade, A-C including English language and Maths
  • CIPD or studying towards gaining the qualification would be advantageous
  • Intermediate level of IT literacy with Excel, database administration, Word and preferably PowerPoint and Visio
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system would be an advantage
