Company Description

As a Digital Intelligence Executive you will be working in the Digital Customer Experience team, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the Head of Digital Customer Experience - in delivering the Digital Strategy for Greene King Pubs. The Digital Intelligence Executive will play a pivotal role in analysing and reporting on activity across all of Greene Kings digital customer touchpoints and digital activity from websites, to mobile apps, to paid media.

Location - can either be based in the London or Burton-on-Trent office.

Job Description

Overall

  • Support the Development & execution of the Digital Marketing plan in line with business, commercial & brand objectives – through compelling insight and analysis
  • With the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Experience Manager, manage Marketing Budget to deliver KPIs and drive improved ROI
  • Input into Digital ‘Storytelling’ to allow us to communicate to Executive teams and Pub Teams the benefits of Digital activity and spend

 

Insight and Analysis

Working with the Central Digital Team to: 

  • Analyse user behaviour (Mobile app/website), usage patterns, engagement, and conversion rates across digital channels (such as website, email, social media and online advertising) to identify opportunities for improving user experience
  • Developing reports and visualisations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and other relevant departments
  • Understanding and communicating return on investment on Paid Media Spend
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager on understanding impact of Pub Digital Leads roll out plan
  • Extracting and analysing data from various sources, including Google Analytics 4 (Firebase) and other analytics platforms to build dashboards
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize Mobile app/website performance

 

What you’ll bring…

  • Previous experience working in Digital Marketing Teams
  • High level of passion for the Hospitality industry
  • Good communication and presenting skills with the ability to engage the business.
  • An understanding & experience of all current marketing practices, including digital and non-digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practice.
  • Experience ideally gained within B2C environment.
  • Good project management skills with ability to manage a variety of different projects within tight deadlines in a fast pace agile environment.
  • Collaborates effectively to achieve delivery of results.
