Central Communications & Activity Executive

As a Central Communications & Activity Executive, you will work with central functional teams to coordinate communication from the centre into the pub. Working as the conduit between central functional teams and managed Divisions, you will ensure that communication is well planned, the right stakeholders are engaged and that all activities are planned to land at the right time and in right format for our pub teams to execute.

Your role as a Central Communications & Activity Executive

• Provide support in the delivery and management of the overall communication plans for all central functions and projects, working with SMEs to produce engaging training and communications messaging, which is effective for different target audiences.
• Work alongside the Transformation Comms & Activity Manager, the central comms team and each of the divisions to enable a collaborative approach for preferred timings and channels for messages.
• Work with the Divisional Comms and Activity Teams as directed to contribute to the overall comms plan through Air Traffic Control process.
• Support the Head of Central Services to coordinate central activity for key trading events ie Christmas
• Coordinate with project activity for central teams and feedback of progress / issues to the Head of Central Pub services and Divisional Comms and Activity Managers

What you’ll bring…  

• Ability to develop communications content across a variety of channels to reach different audiences
• Strong understanding of both communications and operations an advantage
• Effective development and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers
• Proven Experience of Internal Communications desirable
