Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will work within our Creative Team to improve the way we work with our internal marketing and brand teams. Day-to-day you will be all over our Monday.com boards. You'll feel right at home organising, scheduling and handling multiple tasks at once. You'll have one eye on activity planning and the other on the here and now. You'll revel in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple brands and campaigns with many stakeholders. A natural communicator with relationship-building skills and a passion for digital marketing is a must.

You will be required to work in our Burton on Trent office an average of once a week, but have the flexibility to work from home the rest of the time!

Your role as Account Manager

• Daily management of projects and tasks
• Using the Monday.com platform to organise and manage tasks
• Communicate effectively between Marketing, Brand, Digital and Creative Teams, building strong relationships in the process.
• Review briefs for accuracy and ensure they are completed within agreed SLAs
• Manage team resources and availability against priorities and deadlines
• Be aware of upcoming campaigns, events and projects
• Suggest efficiencies and improvements to process
• Assist in the wrap-up of campaigns by using data from Digital Channels
• Be aware of brand styles and content creation

What you’ll bring…

• Experience as an Account Manager in a creative environment
• Highly organised and self-motivated with ability to juggle competently several projects and comfortable prioritise workload
• Experience using Monday.com
• Great at building relationships and influencing through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
• Always seeking to improve quality and service for our internal / external stakeholders
