Our ambition is to take this commitment even further to value our Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority colleagues and the wider community. We’re not here to just be a part of the hospitality sector; we’re on a mission to lead as an antiracist organisation. As part of our race manifesto, by 2030, we aim to double the representation of individuals from Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority backgrounds in our Greene King family by 10%.

We’re also dedicated to welcoming more diverse talent into the business into leadership positions. This commitment is the driving force behind our partnership with BYP as we aim to showcase the fantastic opportunities across Greene King to a network of black talent.
