Company Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You will also be responsible for the cleaning of public areas and toilets.

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will...

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
  • Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
  • You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
  • In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
  • Be cleaning of the public areas and toilets.
