The Didsbury pub restaurant, a former coach house has retained many of its 18th century original features, including exposed wooden beams and open fireplaces.
We have just come off the back of a very successful year here at the Didsbury, ranking number 2 in performance in Chef & Brewer and being in the top 10 of places to eat in Manchester on Trip Advisor. We are now looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join us and help us take our business from strength to strength. We have a proven track record of internal progression within our site due to the care and coaching from the General Manager. (2 previous Assistant Manager's now GM, previous KM a Food and Drink Brand Partner). We are an incredibly busy site and peak at around the £60k a week mark in the summer months, so ideally someone who is at ease in a branded environment, is able to stay calm under pressure, loves a challenge and is able to lead a team to success. This is an excellent opportunity to join an incredible business.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will…
Take the reins in the kitchen, whether you are making decisions or coming up with fresh ways to help the team run better together.
Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
Recognise and lead the team as a whole, understanding how to maximise their potential.
Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help to guarantee the care of your entire team and visitors.
What you’ll bring to the kitchen:
Experience managing a busy kitchen, training and developing a high performing team who constantly exceed targets
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and getting the best of your team around you.
