Integration Development Manager

As our Integration Development Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Software Engineers to develop and deliver applications and integrations that meet the needs of the Greene King business.

In your role as Integration Development Manager you will….

• Build a reliable resourcing profile for the team that balances internal and external development resources
• Build an integration Centre of Excellence, delivering and maintaining enterprise integrations that build future capability
• Deliver the Development and Integration strategy and execution across all Projects
• Manage integration, Microsoft CRM and .Net development technologies and deliverables
• Manage the prioritisation and pipeline planning of all resources to deliver to changing project demands
• Provide timely, accurate and credible estimates for all development activity

What you’ll bring… 

• Tell us how you have delivered the Development and Integration strategy and execution across IT and Transformation projects, ensuring development phases follow an agreed structure and level of governance, including how you prioritise and pipeline planning of all resources
• Previous management experience is essential
• Experience delivering a range of API & Microservices solutions
