We are looking for a talented and experienced In-House designer to join our amazing marketing team.
We are a collection of around 70 premium pubs (and growing!).
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work with complex and detailed campaigns, ideally with experience working with hospitality businesses, that demonstrates their ability to create high-quality designs for a variety of purposes. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team and at pace in order to meet deadlines.

Job Description
You will work alongside our marketing managers to bring our campaigns to life, predominantly creating assets across print and digital channels, including printed menus, insite point of sale, social media, website and email. The role demands both creative design and artworking elements.
Your main responsibility will be supporting the delivery of Seasonal marketing materials, to activate the next phases of the most important campaigns in our calendar, as well as supporting with other ad-hoc design projects as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a (freelance) creative designer and artworker.
- Strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
