What you’ll be doing

• Leading from the front: Motivate, support and develop your kitchen team to deliver their best every day.

• Serving up great food: Maintain high standards across food quality, presentation and consistency.

• Running a successful kitchen: Take ownership of kitchen operations, organisation and food safety.

• Managing the numbers: Keep an eye on food costs, stock, waste and labour to help the kitchen perform at its best.

• Growing your team: Build a positive kitchen culture where people feel supported, learn new skills and have opportunities to progress.
