This role will predominately lead our relationship with two major Grocery retailers within the Off Trade to ensure our packaged products have excellent availability and visibility both in store and online. The role will support the delivery of the Off Trade strategy seeking new and innovative ways to ensure Greene King has joint business plans with the accounts that deliver sustainable profit and volume growth.

This role will require UK wide travel
Your role as National Account Manager
- Direct account management of 2 major grocery retailers delivering budget volume and profit
- Implement the channel strategy aligned to the B&B and Off trade Strategy
- Leading the execution of account / brand activities devised by Greene King sales & marketing teams.
- Create & keep live an annual account plan delivering corporate objectives.
- Agree and negotiate with the customer a joint business plan that delivers for both the internal and external business objectives.
- Ensure accurate monthly sales forecasts and half year re-forecasts linking in with the team, supply chain, factory forecasting and finance.

- Strong Commercial acumen
- Proven experience in national sales role capable of influencing internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Trained in Influencing/Negotiating in a complex commercial environment.
- Able to effectively communicate
- IT Literate
- A high level of numeracy

- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to Interpret category data to develop strong category insight
