Job description
As a Divisional Operations Comms Partner you will serve as the Business Partner for Divisional Operations Communications, this role is the primary partner for 2 x Business Unit Directors as plays the role of their key partner in all brand activity planning and comms. Whilst influencing brand strategies for the year, alongside remaining within the central ATC process.

This role is a Manager (M2) Salary Band
In your role as Divisional Operations Comms Partner you will...
- Business partner with two BUDs and their OMs
- Work with two brand leadership teams to ensure strategies are delivered (as originally intended) by our ops teams, to our guests
- Coach central, divisional and brand teams so that they can take ownership for the effective communication of their activity to our pub teams
- Lead on the production of 6 weekly engaging Teams Live Events for the aligned brand(s)
- Overall owner and gatekeeper of or comms channels - Vault, Kingdom, Teams Lives, What’s The Buzz, BDM Roundup for the aligned brand(s)
- Supporting ops with new comms and collaboration tech
- Collaborate with the wider ops comms teams for consistency and efficiency
What you’ll bring…
- Great at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
- Strong all-round communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels, as well as regular presenting to Senior Management and Management Teams
- Ability to partner the leadership teams
- Able to provide meaningful, objective challenges ensuring that the right outcomes are reached that take into consideration not just the operational priority but that meets people priorities as well
- Always seeking to improve quality and service for our internal / external stakeholders
- Works with colleagues to do what is best for the Company as a whole, ahead of divisional, department or personal goals
