Company Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for working with the Head of Digital Customer Experience and the Group Digital Function to deliver best practice and growth in all Digital Customer Communication channels

Specifically, they will be the lead in implementing change and driving adoption of Pub Digital Leads and the CEP technology, as well as the key day-to-day lead on Greene King Pubs paid media spend, responsible for driving return and optimising spend

Job Description

  • The role will be varied and may change with the requirements of a fast moving and growing managed business
  • However, core to this role will be five distinct areas of responsibility
    • Implementation of CEP ( Customer Experience and Comms )
    • Social Strategy including content creation, rollout, adoption and ongoing maintenance of Pub Digital Leads
    • Paid Media strategy and delivery
    • Implementation of Digital element of Launch Plans for Greene King Pub investments
    • Digital platform development & maintenance

Qualifications

As well as this, the role will be required to

  • Responsible for building, merchandising and SEO of Metropolitan and pub websites
  • Providing periodical reporting: including daily, weekly and monthly to track Marketing KPIs. Covering metrics such as brand awareness and perception for MPCo, in addition to brand segment performance, profitability, measurement of marketing impact and sales, ROI of capex investment.
  • Work hand in hand with Greene King Digital and IT teams to develop all MPCo. digital systems, including websites, app, tills, 3rd party platforms such as bookings
  • Implementation of a new DPX, DAM and CRM for Metropolitan
  • Working hand in hand with wider marketing team to execute key Campaign delivery across digital channels
  • Working alongside the operational team, gathering direct (and competitor feedback) to implement and brief the food & drinks teams with key menu changes, to drive an improved guest visit and increase guest spend
  • Owning the divisions (and site level) paid social strategies and executing them. Including setting and measuring KPIs
  • Build and send marketing emails
  • Manage Metropolitan, social accounts, including content creation & social ads
  • Work with other departments and partner agencies to ensure cross-platform execution and activation of omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Develop business cases and communicate product strategy and roadmap to senior audiences
