Commercial Executive

As Commercial Executive (Drink), you will…

• Support the Commercial Manager in delivering the annual Drinks Marketing plan aligned to business and brand objectives
• Co-ordinate drinks range changes, seasonal menus, and supplier promotions across Greene King Pubs
• Manage drinks propositions and ensure clear communication to stakeholders and pub teams
• Drive commercial optimisation through initiatives such as upsell programmes, price strategies, and supplier-funded promotions
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve bar merchandising, audit processes, and deliver site support

What you’ll bring…

• A genuine passion for drinks and hospitality, with a customer-focused and insight-led approach
• Experience in marketing, sales, or pub operations (minimum 2 years), ideally within Hospitality or FMCG
• Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and commercial acumen, with experience managing suppliers and budgets

As a Commercial Executive (Drink), you will support the delivery of Greene King’s Drinks Strategy by managing ranges, menus, and promotional processes, while driving supplier activations and revenue opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Drinks and Marketing teams to bring seasonal products and propositions to life across our pubs.
