If you have experience as an Analytics Manager, can build great relationships and are excited by the challenge of unlocking the potential of a new data platform, then we have the role for you!
This is a newly created role. You and your 2 direct reports will manage and oversee the creation, delivery and optimisation of CRM reporting, supporting both the digital channels performance and providing understanding and insight to the wider business.
The majority of your time can be spent working at home with travel to our Burton office required once every 1 or 2 weeks.

Your role as Customer Data Analytics Manager
- Manage, create, build and optimise clear and coherent measurement frameworks to identify campaign, channel and offer performance to support continuous improvement
- Business partner with the CRM management team to ensure effective planning is in place
- Own the delivery of insight and recommendations with brand/marketing SMEs to influence the next best course of action
- Deliver actionable insights using the customer and communication response data to tell effective stories and drive impactful change across the business
- Own and optimise the customer data landscape
- Manage and perform deep-dive analysis for specific campaigns and communicate results to the relevant stakeholders with suggestions in improvements
What you’ll bring…
- Deep understanding of how to use data & insight to spot issues and opportunities to drive marketing objectives
- Great understanding of different digital channels
- Expertise in digital analytics tools (ideally Google Analytics and GCP) and analytics software and packages (SQL, Faststats, Adobe, Salesforce etc)
- Expertise in data visualisation and story telling
- Previous management experience and capability
- An affinity for the hospitality industry
