As a Kitchen Team Leader, your passion for all things food, and the desire to make the perfect dish every time, is what sets you apart. With a keen eye for maintaining the highest standards and thriving during a fast-paced service, you’ll soon become an invaluable member of the kitchen team, supporting more junior colleagues to attain your own high standards of food quality and due diligence, as well as assisting the Kitchen Manager with responsibilities like food ordering and paperwork. 

We're looking for an experienced, diligent, and reliable Kitchen Team Leader to join our growing kitchen team at our busy pub, restaurant, and hotel in leafy Cheadle Hulme. This is a full time position (around 30-35h per week), with a mixed shift pattern to include both breakfast and evening service. Up to £14p/h, plus tips.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will…

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions.
