Job description

As a Head of Change, you will lead the change agenda across our strategic transformation initiatives to help teams adopt new ways of working and make sure change truly sticks. You’ll shape the change strategy, partner with leaders across the business, and guide our people through meaningful, human‑centred transformation.

Qualifications

As Head of Change, you will…

  • Design and deliver change programmes that align with Greene King’s strategic goals
  • Build strong stakeholder engagement across all levels, winning hearts and minds throughout the change journey
  • Ensure all change initiatives are sustainable – culturally, operationally, and environmentally
  • Track key performance indicators to measure impact and support continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, tools, and resources that help teams adopt new processes confidently
  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans that protect delivery and long‑term success

What you’ll bring…

  • Experience in delivering complex organisational change and leading cross‑functional programmes
  • Strong influencing skills, able to engage and guide senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • A flexible, pragmatic approach with the emotional intelligence to support people through change
  • Proven leadership capability, including developing high‑performing teams and fostering innovation
  • Relevant change management qualifications (e.g. APMG, Prosci, ACMP) or programme/project management experience
