As a Brand Manager you will support the development of the brand and communications strategy and deliver it by leading guest experience initiatives including food, drink, service and design.

Job Description

Your role as a Brand Manager:

  • Responsible for the delivery of compelling brand propositions suitable for the target audiences.
  • Ability to turn customer insights and market understanding into commercially viable customer propositions across guest experience, communications and campaigns. 
  • Support the development of the overall brand proposition, strategy and frameworks from which the Divisional Marketing teams can trade and evolve the offer on an on-going basis including but not limited to design and environment, food, drink, entertainment, service, pricing, people and atmosphere
  • Brand Stewardship, and support of continued future development of brand proposition
  • Responsible for the delivery of compelling short and long-term guest experience initiatives such as but not limited to design and environment, food, drink, entertainment, service, pricing, people and atmosphere including proposition development, test & learn, business case, roll-out and ongoing measurement
  • Support Brand Lead with the development and delivery of strategic communications platform

 

What you’ll bring…

 

  • Experience in a Brand or Marketing Manager role.
  • Project planning & monitoring - creates detailed project plans and monitors these highlighting any areas of concern. Prioritises work in a clear and methodical manner.
  • Ability to use and interpret consumer insight and commercial data to support the development of compelling propositions and develop business cases for roll-out of initiatives
  • Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders
  • Right first time delivery - is highly resilient and works with pace, attention to detail, focus and optimism, to overcome obstacles and deliver against the plan.
