About the role...

The infamous Salt Quay in Rotherhithe is looking for its next Assistant Manager!

The Salt Quay is a fantastic old warehouse style building that sits on the banks of the river giving you the most wonderful views to sit and enjoy meals and drinks on the patio or in the first floor dining area.

Our beautiful riverside pub is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager that could help direct this two-floor, diverse operation. The Salt Quay holds huge opportunities for weddings, parties and events so function experience would be great. 

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...  

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.   

• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers  

• Act as a role model for the team support with training and development  

• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times
