As an Apprentice Receptionist, you will help our customers check in on arrival and support in resolving any issues they may have during their stay. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

As an Apprentice Receptionist, you will...
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
* Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival
* Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
* Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible

At the White Horses, you'll be working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification over the course of 12-18 months.
