As our Application Support Analyst you will report to the Application Support Team Leader and is responsible for supporting our core application portfolio across the Greene King group.

Job Description

In your role as Application Support Analyst you will….

  • Act as 2nd/3rd Line Support for the business
  • Help manage our application portfolio to maintain our aggressive system uptime targets, whilst ensuring systems are upgraded, patched, and maintained in a proactive and timely manner
  • Deliver on agreed incident SLA’s and ensure all the support issues are fully understood, managed, and resolve.
  • Proactively target root cause to minimise the volume of issues and improve the customer experience of applications
  • Help identify opportunities to drive value and improve the performance of the existing and future software base
  • Ensure relevant control and audit processes are followed to meet company and legislative needs

What you’ll bring… 

  • Excellent communication skills, combined with a high degree of enthusiasm, drive and commitment
  • Taking part in Out of Hours rota
  • An ability to cope, and thrive, in a fast paced, dynamic, and fun environment with varied and multiple demands
  • Good understanding of Data Protection and handling of PII and business confidential data
  • Good working knowledge of:- ServiceNow and/or other CRM software, Windows OS Environments, Log analysis, Building and using testing plans, Root cause analysis and remediation
