Your role as a Senior Food and Drink Operations Manager

• Take responsibility for the delivery of the food and drink strategy embracing positive collaborative relationships across a variety of stakeholder functions, including the Marketing Teams, to ensure all planned initiatives are aligned to the overall business strategy.  
• An ambassador in streamlining operational processes and procedures to ensure a positive and memorable Customer experience through exceptional execution.
•   Be incisive in the use of our business reporting tools, understand trading and trends such as SPH, Covers, NOEDS and overall profitability to continually identify opportunities to improve our operational performance and customer experience. 
• An acute understanding of what is happening in our competitor marketplace with focus on embracing change, improving, and ensuring Greene King is positioned strongly to build and maintain a competitive advantage.  
• Continually see the opportunity to strengthen key relationships with key stakeholders to influence, develop and drive improvement across our business unit.
