As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and analysing property procurement data, identifying trends, generating reports, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance.

Your role as Data Analyst
- Gather, organise, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to effectively store and retrieve data.
- Present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders. Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor procurement metrics.
- Utilise statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to analyse data and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights, correlations, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the property procurement lifecycle. Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to optimise procurement workflows, enhance vendor performance, and reduce costs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations. Implement data governance practices, including data cleansing, validation, and security measures, to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of property procurement data.
What you’ll bring…
- Experience as a Data Analyst,
- Full proficiency using Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (eg Macros)
- Strong analytical skills, data manipulation, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Confidence presenting data to key stakeholders
- Knowledge of procurement processes and experience using data visualisations tools would both be advantageous but not essential.
