Company Description
As a Primary Distribution Shunter, you will be preparing trailers for distribution throughout the UK, as well as operating in and around various Greene King sites in the Bury St Edmunds area. You will be an integral part of the Greene King Primary Transport operational team, supporting the operation in delivering customer service excellence.
This role currently covers a 2 shift rotating pattern of 06.00 to 14.00 and 12.30 to 20.30.

Job Description
Your role as a Primary Distribution Shunter
- To carry out daily vehicle and trailer checks
- Ensure all vehicles and trailers and ancillary equipment is used and maintained to a safe a legally compliant level
- To collect and deliver loads within Bury St Edmunds
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Drivers hours compliance
What you’ll bring…
- Holds a Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
- Full Driver CPC
- Full understanding of Drivers hours rules and regulations
