As an Operations Administrator you will provide a high standards of administration and customer service to both our internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to prioritise daily administrative tasks and customer service enquiries.

Job Description

Your role as an Operations Administrator  

  • Primarily provide administration support to the Operations teams and Commercial function
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Record communications from internal and external customers
  • Maintain and respond to administrational mailboxes
  • Co-ordinate key communication letters to Licensees
