Night Porter

**This Job is advertising a Night Porter/ HandyMan Role**

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. Working hours are between 11pm and 7am 

As a HandyMan, you will be responsible for the maintence and upkeep of day to day jobs across the hotel and restaurant areas. Working hours based on business need between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Flexible working shifts between Monday to Sunday around 20hours per week

As a Night Porter, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
• You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
