Your role as Menu Specification Executive
- Produce all Drinks Spec books across Core, Seasonal and Campaign menus for Managed brands, ensuring they are delivered in line with targets.
- Work alongside the Drinks Category and GNFR trading teams to capture glassware, garnish, ingredients and methodology details to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the specification books.
- Manage the in-office Drinks glassware inventory, and source ingredients and garnish on behalf of the Drinks team
- Liaise between Drinks Category, Food & Drinks Operations & Commercial Marketing to send out and receive feedback and make the required changes to Spec books
- Produce, categorise and organise the specification photography and maintain the photo library
- Collaborate with internal content teams (such as the App team) on photography
- Actively pursue continuous improvement in own processes and cross-functionally
- Support the Drinks Excellence Manager with work on programmes that improve Drinks quality and consistency throughout the business
- Respond to relevant Pub Query System enquiries
What you'll bring.....
- You will have a passion for and an understanding of Drinks – with experience of bar work highly desirable
- Organisation, consistency and an attention to detail, in both written and creative work
- Able to apply well developed reasoning and commercial awareness when making decisions, while always considering the offer through the operational and customer lens.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to demonstrate decision making for the benefit of the greater good.
- Highly resilient and works with pace, focus and optimism to overcome obstacles and deliver against tight timelines using own initiative without specific instruction
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across internal and external departments
- IT literate, Microsoft Office experience an advantage.
- Passion for and meticulous at creating great photography
