Kitchen Team Leader Apprentice

As a Kitchen Team Leader Apprentice, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

As a Kitchen Team Apprentice leader, you will…
-Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations
-Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors
-Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
-Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service making sure everything runs like clockwork

What your apprenticeship includes

-A mixture of face to face and skype/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress
-A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
-Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer

You will be working towards a Senior Production Chef Levek 3 Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months.
